APP modified asphalt waterproof coil is made of polyester felt or glass fiber felt as the tire base, random polypropylene (APP) or polyolefin polymer (APAO, APO) as the modified asphalt as the dip coating, both sides are covered with waterproof coil made of isolation material, polyester coil thickness is divided into 3 mm and 4 mm.
Compared with SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll, APP modified asphalt waterproof roll has better high temperature resistance and is more suitable for hot areas.
1, Type I polyester tire or glass fiber tire APP modified asphalt waterproof coil has high heat resistance, but poor low tenderness. Suitable for non - cold area for general construction of the roof waterproof layer. Waterproof rolls with polyethylene film or fine sand on the top surface shall not be exposed.
2, Type II polyester tire APP modified asphalt waterproof coil, has the characteristics of large tension, high elongation, good heat resistance and good low tenderness. Suitable for general and cold or hot areas, waterproof grade I, II, III of the roof and underground waterproof engineering.
3, Type II glass fiber tire APP modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has high tensile strength, dimensional stability and heat resistance, good, but no elongation. Suitable for general and cold areas and stable structure of general engineering roof or underground waterproof works.
4, Glass fiber reinforced polyester felt coil can be used for mechanical fixed single layer waterproof, but need to pass the wind load test.
5, Coil and film composite use should be compatible, and should be placed on the film; When the coil is used in combination with waterproof mortar, it should be placed under the waterproof mortar.
